Topic:
Can only see 100 surveys in the IESX Interpretation dialog.

Description:
When trying to deleting interpretation in IESX Data Manager > Interpretation >
Delete only 100 surveys will appear. The maximum number of surveys per project
is 200.  This causes problems when wanting to delete horizon or fault names as
the user can't select all the surveys.

Solution:
Solution: Pending

Workaround: Either split out the project into two projects or compress some
          of the 2d data into one survey.
