User defined callback failed; Status: DB_E_FILE_NOT_OPENED.

Description:
When importing interpretation, this error occurs after about 30 files
are loaded. Status: DB_E_FILE_NOT_OPENED; Sequential IO open failed; Too
many sequential IO connections are in use.

Solution:
Exit the Session Manager (not merely the DataManager) to reset the IO
connections. Then continue with the session.
