MapView abruptly exits when the user tries to add a fault trace.

Solution:
Delete MapView parameter file from IES Data Management:

1) IES Data Management > Delete data from project > Delete multiple 
     objects of a data type > Application parameters >
     - Select MapView parameters and Exit.

2) Exit IES Data Management.

3) Continue on Session Manager to resume session.
