pm_ntrp_export_cb error after aborting IESX during *.iudf save

Description:
Creation of a new export definition file (.iudf file) in DataManager >
Interpretation > Export got hung up.  Process was killed.  When you re-enter
to select a format, you don't even get the list.  Instead, the
following error is returned.

     routine pm_ntrp_export_cb failed 
     user defined format definition failed
     error during criteria search
     token record not found

 

Solution:
1) Move all the *.ifdf files in the project home DSL, and the
   *.iudf files (after they have been saved elsewhere).

2) Reopen the project (now the project is giving "missing files" errors).

3) Copy the *.ifdf files back over from the iesxsupport directory
   (i.e., /home/gqs/exetree_sunsparc/level_10p2/iesxsupport), and touch all
   *.iudf files in the project Home DSL

4) Run iesx_utils option: index file rebuild
