Status = DB_E_PATH_UNQ_TOKEN_FAIL  
Error reading cat record
Error reading from cat file
CAT RECORD NOT FOUND

Solution:
The DB_E_PATH_UNQ_TOKEN_FAIL status is due to a possible corruption in the
path inventory.  To clear the error, run the IESX_util, option #44 to delete
the paths in the project.
NOTE:  all the saved paths in your project will be deleted.

1) From the Application Selection menu, select the 
   application 'iesx_util.csh' and click on the 'Start' button 
   at the bottom of the menu.

2) At the 'Enter Selection:' prompt, enter the number '1' to 
   'Initialize access to a data area'.

3) Enter the project name when it requests the 'name for 
   data area'.

4) Enter the project password

5) Enter '1' (for Exploration) when it requests the 'Data 
   Area Type'

6) Hit the carriage return button on your keyboard

7) Enter '44' to 'Delete db_physpath file'

8) Hit the carriage return button on your keyboard

9) Enter '2' to 'Terminate Access to a data area'

10) Hit the carriage return button on your keyboard

11) Enter '99' to 'Exit iesx_util'
