Topic:
Byte 0 error while loading 2D line locations.

Description:
While loading 2D location information, during the load, the log file 
says 'byte 0'.  Upon entering the 2D line location menu in IESX DataManager 
and selecting the survey and line, I receive the byte 0 error again.

Solution:
1.) In the 2D line location menu, select the survey and the line.
2.) Dismiss the 'byte 0' error that comes up.
3.) Click on the 'delete all' button.
4.) Check under DataManager > Seismic > Renumber 2D and see if any of the lines
    you deleted have more than 1 entry in the renumber table.  If they do,
    delete any that don't look right. You should only have 1 in most cases.
    Option 72 (2d General Data Manager) in iesx_util can be used to collapse the
    sp tables if there is a large amount of entries. Also check to see what the
    SP increment is here; if it looks strange, like .667, this can cause a
    problem.  Try changing the increment to .6666667 (it will reset to .667, but
    you really have tricked it).
5.) Reload navigation.
