Description:
1.) Error received when selecting a point in 2d line locations and selecting
   'change' to retie line that did not have seismic associated with it.

This can occur when there are 2 surveys in the project.  The first survey has
the seismic data loaded into it, and the second survey has only the navigation
data loaded into it (no seismic data). 

2.) Will also receive error if the renumber table for shotpoints in Renumber 2D
   has multiple tables that are incorrect.

Solution:
1.) Delete the second survey with only navigation data in Utilities > Delete >
    2d surveys. If you have IESX 10.2.2 loaded, in IESX_Util, use option #72
    to output navigation to a file if you do not have the original navigation
    file.

    Then load the navigation data into the first survey in 2D Load locations.

2.) To correct multiple tables in Renumber 2D, you can run IESX_Util, option
    39, to compress shotpoint tables. Please refer to FAQ 'What does iesx_util
    option 39 do?' before proceeding. Or one can correct the problem in
    Renumber 2D, then retie the line in 2D line locations.
