Topic:
Memory allocation error while deleting interpretation.

Description:
Attempt to delete interpretation on the basemap gives an error message:
         mt_e_move_box_do_events_failed
         memory allocation of 3.9 megabytes failed
 

Solution:
Some memory on the workstation had not been released properly. Log out and log
back in.  When logging out, all hung memory should be cleared from the system 
and the deletion should work after that.
