Description:
IESX patch completed unsuccessfully.
The IESX project name does NOT appear on the 
Session Manager > Project > Select list.

 

Solution:
Suggested items to check:

1.) Verify that all DSLs (disk storage locations) were properly defined.

2.) Check that file permissions are wide open and files are owned by user.

3.) Verify that all files were copied into new project directories.

4.) Possible restoration of the original.da file from tape/disk backup ->
    original .da file may be altered by previous unsuccessful attempts to 
    patch.

5.) Verify that the project home DSL files are located in the primary disk
    location.

Once the above items are verified, repatch the project.
