Function ui_option_put_value_failed when creating a new Basemap

Description:
The color spectrum was not posting on the Basemap, and when trying to create a
new map, the following error appeared:

Function ui_option_put_value_failed
Given choice for option
Entry not found.

Solution:
This is usually caused by corrupted map files.  If the color spectrum is missing 
from only one map, then delete that map file (content, appearance and picture 
file).  If, however, after deleting the suspect map, the error is still 
appearing, then delete all the map files from the project and recreate new map 
files.  (You can delete map files in DataManager > Map > Delete; select the map 
files; toggle on the 'Delete selected map files only; click the 'Delete' 
button.)
