Error deleting a project: 'delete project callback failed'

Description:
Unable to delete a project in Project > Delete.  Receive the
following error message:

'delete project callback failed'
db_e_file_not_created
error in writing file fail %s

Solution:
Delete the project data area with IESX_Util option #3 and then delete all
project files from each project DSL at Unix level.

If the project is a shared project, unshare it first.
