Project Converter Error:  the units must be the same.

Description:
The IES project fails to convert to IESX.
Project Converter gives error:  ...the units must be the same.

Solution:
Project units for the IES and IESX projects must match for the
Project Conversion to be successful.

Update the project units for the IESX project to equal IES.
Session Manager > Project > Update
