Solution:
Run IESX_Utilities option #22 (Rebuild Interpretation).
NOTE:  Make sure you have a recent full backup of the project before running
       this option.

1. Select iesx_util.csh from the Application Selection menu and click the
   'Start' button;

2. Enter #1 to initialize data area
	a. Enter project name and password;
	b. Enter #1 for Exploration area.

3. Enter #22 to rebuild interpretation
        Enter a temporary directory with enough space to run this utility.
	NOTE:  The approximate space required is the total space currently used
	       by the *.fpb, *.idx, and *.dat files in the directory containing
	       the IESX *.idx files to be rebuilt.

4. Upon successful completion, enter #2 to terminate access to the data area.

5. Enter #99 to exit IESX_Utilities
