Topic:
DB Token Field ID Mismatch; DB Token 256,0,263470468 is incompatible with FID

Description:
Cannot select seismic line (does not show up) in Seis2DV.  
Error:
DB Token Field ID Mismatch
DB Token 256,0,263470468 is incompatible with FID

Solution:
Use iesx_utilities option #43 (see steps below) and then come into a brand
new session (i.e. do not use the 'Continue' button on the Session Manager).

1. Select iesx_util.csh from the Application Selection menu and click the
   'Start' button.

2. Enter #1 to initialize data area
	a. Enter project name and password
	b. Enter #1 for Exploration area

3. Enter #43 to validate the 2d survey list.

4. Upon completion, enter #2 to terminate access to the data area.

5. Enter #99 to exit IESX_Utilities
