Error starting cgm file 31,0000001f.

Description:
Error received trying to plot.

Solution:
1) In an xterm window 
   cd /home/gqs

2) more setup_ies

3) Look for the following line in the file:

   # Define destination directory for IES/IESX metafiles
   setenv IESX_METAPATH "/home/server_name/disk_name/plot_files/"

   -If there is no trailing slash on setenv IESX_METAPATH add one.
   -Make sure permissions are open on the metapath directory.
   -Make sure all components in IESX_METAPATH are lower case and don't
    have periods in their names.
