Project deallocation and $CL wouldn't unlock my project

Description:
Project got locked and both project deallocation and $CL won't unlock my
project.

Solution:
The home DSL is probably 100% full.  Clear up some space on the home DSL and
then deallocate the project in the Application Selection menu.
