Description:
Error when running 'Apply' in Mistie- DB_E_NTRP_DUP_NAME

Solution:
Mistie corrections to interpretation creates a new horizon.  The new horizon
name is a combination of the original horizon appended with an underscore m
(_m). The error is created from numerous iterations on same horizon.  Delete
excess horizon names with _m.
