UI_SCROLL_PUT_VALUE FAILED

Solution:
 When using  Analyze > Mistie estimates > From seismic

The problem occurs when consecutive lines are displayed with a different time 
of first sample (TFS). 

There is no problem if displaying in the middle of the line where the time
range exists on both lines, but if the user scrolls to the top and the current
line has a TFS of 0 ms, and then tries to display a line with a TFS of 4 ms, 
the error is received.
