Get Workstation Configuration Failed, en_add_device, file problem.

Description:
IESX Error:
en_add_device failed 
get workstation configuration failed

Solution:
One, some or all of the six IESX configuration files located in the
/home/gqs/iesx_config/ directory may be corrupted or missing:  

    iesx_dev_key.dat
    iesx_dev_key.fpb  =>contains the workstation configuration information.
    iesx_dev_key.idx

    da_info_key.idx
    da_info_key.dat   =>contains the users' disk storage location information.
    da_info_key.fpb


Restore the files from backup.  Projects created since the file backup date may
need to be re-patched.
