Solution:
This problem is most likely linked to the 3D survey origin.

1) Go to DataManager > Map > 3D Survey Origin and
   make sure there are no negative CDP values.
   Also, make sure that there are valid values
   for the lat/long x/y points.

2) If the CDP and line values are correct, re-apply the
   values by clicking the 'Apply' button.

3) If the CDP or line values are incorrect, type in the
   new values and click on the 'Apply' button.

This can also be done to a shared 3D survey, but it will not
update the master 3D survey. The master will have to be 
updated separately.
