Solution:
Check in the Define Input Format Window under the Set Header Locations widget
and verify that you have toggled the Length/format for 'Line name, CDP and SP
from default to correct format ie. IBM(32 bit int.).

     -DataManager > Seismic > Load Seismic > Define Input Format...
