Topic:
Unable to start AutoPix; Database object token field ID mismatch.
Description:
Error occurs when you click the start button on the AutoPix window. Full syntax is: Unable to start AutoPix Database object token field ID mismatch DB token (#, #, #) is incompatable with FID 101007026 The # signs above represent the numbers associated with the specific token.
Solution:
This error occurs in AutoPix when there is a problem with paths (rectangular, polygonal, et cetera). Check: 1) No more than 20 characters in the path name. 2) No more than 40 characters in the path description. Fewer characters are better. If the number of characters is OK, some problem probably occurred when creating or editing the path. Try: 1) Deleting paths starting with the most recently defined/edited. BaseMap->Define->Path->path type (i.e., rectangular, polygonal, et cetera). Click and hold MB3 in the display area, select delete. Click MB1 on the path name(s) to delete in the Path Delete pop-up menu. Click MB1 on the delete button. Try AutoPix again. Run through the above procedure recursively until the offending path has been removed. 2) If above does not work, the file contianing the physical paths has been corrupted and needs to be deleted. To do this, use the iesx_util.csh option 44 - Delete db_physpath file. In the IESX Application Selection window, select iesx_util.csh in the right hand scroll list and click (MB1) on the Start button. Select the following options in the order below: a) option 1 - Initialize access to a data area Respond to the prompts for Data area name (project name), password, and select 1 - Exploration b) option 44 - Delete db_physpath file c) option 2 - Terminate access to data area d) option 99 - Exit iesx_util Redefine the path that is to be used to constrain AutoPix.
