db_e_path_vert_range_error, db_e_path_option_list_error.

Description:
Error occurs when generating a flattened volume.

If the tfs (time first sample) is negative, you cannot generate a flattened
volume. 

Solution:
No viable workaround except to reload data starting at 'time of first sample'
of zero.


Fixed in GeoFrame 3.1.3.
