Sample rate .lt. .01 mils not allowed.

Description:
Loading seismic data.
Received error: Sample rate less than .01 milliseconds not allowed.

Solution:
Check the sample rate by doing a seismic dump;
the dump may indicate the wrong sample rate.
(ie. 4 instead of 4000)

If this is the case, do not use DEF (default) for the sample
rate in the loading definition. Enter the value manually
to disregard the tape value.
