Solution:
Check:

1.) The DVT relationship values were entered in milliseconds rather than
    seconds.
   -DataManager > Time/Depth.

2.) The DVT covers the total depth of the path.
  - DataManager > Time/Depth.

3.) The DVT does not go beyond the total depth of the path.
   -DataManager > Time/Depth.

4.) Bottom hole location validity.
   -DataManager > Wells.
