Application Manager is missing START button, colors and fonts are strange.

Description:

Solution:
The application resource files IESX and GQS (colors, fonts, etc.) are probably
missing from the /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults directory on your system.  There are
several solutions:

1a. su to root.  Copy the IESX and GQS files to the /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults
directory from the /home/gqs/setup_10p1 directory for SGI's, to
/usr/openwin/lib/app-defaults for Solaris.
 b. Restart IESX.

2a. If you don't have a root password, copy the files to your home directory.

In an xterm window:

%cd /home/gqs/setup_10p1 (or setup_10p2)
%cp IESX ~
%cp GQS ~
 b. Restart IESX.

3. If that does not work, check your $GN_DIR/Xresources directory for these two 
files, especially if you have have customized Geonet to yourself. If they are 
not there, copy them to the $GN_DIR/Xresources directory.
