Description:
 

Solution:
The operation control parameters were set to hdr/data and were set to skip two
lines which contained the well name and the coordinate information.  The 
operation control parameters should either be set to data only and skip the
well name and coordinate card, or set to hdr/data and allow to read the well
name and coordinate card.
