Description:

Solution:
Delete the MapView Parameter file in IES Data Management. 

In IES Data Management:

1.) DELETE data from project
2.) Delete MULTIPLE objects of a data type
3.) Application PARAMETERS
4.) EXIT
5.) Select the 'MapView parameters' (use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move
    up and down the list; when the item number is highlighted, click on the
    return key on the keyboard; an asterisk will appear to the left).
6.) EXIT, and confirm the deletion.
