Extracted attribute between two horizons has gaps.

Description:
Using Computation Manager to extract an attribute between
two horizons. When the attribute is posted on the basemap,
there are apparent gaps.

Solution:
When computing an attribute between horizons, values are only
calculated where both horizons have picks (overlap).
