Description:
Error occured when trying to crosspost interpretation on a 3D survey.
db_e_map_xform_setup_failed 
db_e_map_compute_xform_coeff_failed
db_e_map_areal_compute_failed 
db_e_compute_coeff_failed
db_e_map_no_solution

Solution:
1. Go into DataManager > Map > 3D survey origin and make sure the three 
survey points entered are correct for every survey.

2. If the survey origin points are not correct re-enter the correct points for 
every incorrect survey and click the 'Apply' button.

3. If the survey origin points are correct, click on the 'Preview' button and
then click the 'Apply' button for all surveys.
