This could be one of many problems where the name of the horizon or horizon
attribute is too long.

Solution:
The name of the horizon is too long. Edit the horizon name in SeisDV > Define >
Horizon.  

The name of the attribute is too long. Rename the attribute using MapView:
Select the horizon and the attribute > XYZ operation > Save points > IESX
horizon, type in a new attribute name and select EXIT, select a color and EXIT.
