Loading multiple wells gives error: wlgsopen opening well file, status 24103, 5e27.

Description:
Gets above error when trying to load multiple wells. 

Solution:
When setting up the loading definition, the card columns defined to read the 
well name did not cover the full extent of the well names in the file.  This
caused some of the well names to be non unique and hence the error message.  
(i.e. two wells with the names 'testing' and 'testing1' were loaded with a 
format definition to read only 7 card columns for the well name; both wells 
would then be read in as 'testing' and hence have non unique well names)

Change the loading definition such that the card columns for the well name 
covered the full extent of that in the file, and the wells will load without
errors.
