Solution:
Typically, this error is due to the LIS file containing headers.  The way to
get the LIS file to load would be to request, from the vendor, that the LIS
file have the tape headers stripped.  Or, the user can use DLIS to read in the
LIS file and output another LIS file which would have the headers stripped.  If
the DLIS software is unavailable, request the header stripped LIS file from the
vendor, or contact GeoQuest Data Services to have the headers stripped from the
LIS file.
