104006010 Error occurred during BAT write.
Description:
A data loading job would load several lines and then stop before completion
with error:
*Err* Writing out seismic trace
104006010 Error occurred during BAT write
Solution:
This can be caused by several factors, and may be solved by checking the
following items one at a time.
1.) The DSL where the .idx files are located may be too full. Try moving some
.vvol files from this DSL using DataManager > Utilities > Move and then
reload.
2.) Check disk space and permissions on all DSL's of project.
3.) If running on SGI/Solaris network, or all SGIs, make sure user has
environment variable set 'setenv KEEP_DISK_SPACE true' in their .cshrc.
4.) Check that all disks being written to are mounted and usable.
5.) Adjust spanning criteria in Session Manager > Project > Update.
6.) Add/move seismic DSL's in Session Manager > Project > Update.
NOTE: Only 64 DSL's are allowed for spanning. If this is the case, do option 7.
In GeoFrame IESX 11.0, DSL spanning is unlimited.
7.) Rename or create a new class to load to in DataManager.
8.) Rebuild indexes in IESX_Util, option 12. !Have backup before proceeding!
9.) Create clone and load rest of data, then seismic merge from orignal project
to clone. (Share/unshare survey from original to clone to set up survey
coordinates and import loading definition from original to clone.)
10.) Delete class and reload.
