Solution:
You can edit the mfd.ifdf file in the project directory and input at the
bottom of the file:

x_coordinates_units=meter;
y_coordinates_units=meter;

Fixed in IESX 10.2. There will be a another selection called mfd_m.ifdf for
metric export of mfd files in 10.2.
