Error function g_cgm_dev_open

Description:
Trying to plot for first time after new setup and get following error:
Error function g_cgm_dev_open
function g_dev_closed failed
error when closing cgm device
cgm device drawable size not defined
function g_drawable_create failed
unable to create cgm drawable
unable to open metafile

Solution:
This is a problem with the IESX_METAPATH.  It is either set to the wrong 
directory, or not set at all.  

To find the $IESX_METAPATH do the following steps;
1. In an IESX xterm, launched out of Geonet, type %cd $IESX_METAPHATH. 
2. If you are not using Geonet, in an xterm type %source /home/gqs/setup_ies,
    then type %cd $IESX_METAPATH. The environment variable is set in the
    /home/gqs/setup_ies file.

You need to set this path to the correct directory for your system in the
'setup_ies' file making sure to end the path with a trailing / and the #
sign is removed from the front of the line.
