Topic:
Error %s=%d when attempting to open Seis3DV/2DV

Description:
User was in project when server went down. After re-entering 
project the error appears: error %s=%d when attempting to open 
Seis3DV/2DV. 

Solution:
Dismiss the error and continue working.  If the error appears 
again with the addition of a 'gkio' message, then delete the 
user's saved sessions as follows:

1) Back out of the IESX project
2) On a UNIX level, 'cd' to the '/home/gqs/iesx_config/user' 
directory (where the 'user' part of the path is actually the 
user's login name).
3) In the '/home/gqs/iesx_config/user' directory, make a 
copy of the eight files elsewhere.  Then, delete the eight 
files in the directory.
4) Reenter the IESX project and the eight files will be 
rebuilt.

note:  Deleting the user's saved sessions files deletes that 
user's saved sessions for all projects.
