Recursive SQL_error with System_Storage_catelogue.

Description:
The above error was received after attempting to create a new
GeoFrame project. 

Solution:
The above error indicates that the system is running out of space in the
ORACLE tablespaces. 

Check with your DBA and increase the Oracle tablespace allocation.
