Topic:
Export of nulled area in horizon write zero times.

Description:
I created a rectangular path and output the horizon to a .p701 file. Then I
deleted a portion of the horizon in the rectangular path and output the horizon
to another .p701 file. The file with less data was smaller but also had some
zero time values inserted. I imported both files into different horizons and
posted them on BaseMap. It is very obvious from BaseMap that zeros were put into
the nulled areas.

Solution:
This is fixed in GeoFrame 3.1.1.

Workaround: Use Seis3DV/2DV > Areal > Time Window Edit to remove the zero values
after importing.
