Topic:
Project_Rename aborts after entering path for new home DSL.

Description:
User started the Project Rename Program.  
 -Successfully entered the new project name.  
 -Typed in the full path for the new home DSL.  Pressed the return key to enter
    path and the Project_Rename program is aborted.

Solution:
A new IESX project must be created before starting the Project_Rename 
utility.

  -Create the new IESX project with the same number of DSLs as the original
     project.

  -Once the new project is created, this creates the directories into which 
     all of the files will be copied before running Project_Rename.
