Description:
Gets error:
error-GSEQ OPEN, unable to access file

Solution:
The path name for the file contained too many characters.  The limit for the 
number of characters for the entire pathname to a file is approximately 128.
Also, the pathname should not contain any '.' (though the actual file name may
conatain the '.'), and should be in all lowercase.   Copy the file over to a
different directory with fewer than 128 characters and the file will load.
