Topic:
MapView crashes on entry.

Description:
Open MapView and immediately get blown out of MapView and IESX.

Solution:
Delete MapView parameters and post order parameters files via 
     IES Data Management. Then rebuild inventory.
 
To delete the MapView parameter and post order files:

   1.) IES Data Management > Delete data from project > Delete multiple
       objects of a data type > Application parameters.  Exit.
       - Select MapView parameters by arrowing down to item and hitting return.
       - Exit twice. 

   2.) You should now be at the Delete multiple objects of a data type menu.
       - Select Mapping data and Exit.
       - Select Post order file by arrowing down to item and hitting return.
       - Exit twice.
 
Do the rebuild while you are still in IES DataManagement.
	From the main menu:
 
   1.) ADD data to project > Add Data in IES format >
	Create a NEW PROJECT INVENTORY

   2.) Set the next menu as follows:
        1 - Rebuild inventory              (YES, NO)        YES
        2 - Confirm recovery               (YES, NO)        NO
        3 - Disposition of old inventory   (RENAME, DELETE) RENAME
        4 - Restore LDB files    (NONE, PATH, ADD, REBUILD) REBUILD
        5 - Restore MAPLOC files (NONE, PATH, REBUILD)      REBUILD

   3.) Select EXIT three times to start process.
	(The warning message does not apply to IESX.) 

   4.) Exit all the way out of IES Data Management.

   5.) Select Continue on Session Manager to resume session.
