"String truncated" error when trying to post interpretation on Basemap

Solution:
The horizon name or description, or the horizon attribute name is too long, and 
must be regenerated with a shorter name.  

To avoid the error in the future, make certain that horizon names are less than
18 characters and that descriptions are less than 32.
