Description:
mt_e_aoi_update_after_xform_failed
unable to remove the clip region
memory deallocation failed
memory buffer has been corrupted
mt_e_aoi_poly_update_failed
mt_e_aoi_update_gr_failed

Error occured when opening a saved session.

Solution:
Start a new session (i.e. do not use the 'Continue' button in Session Manager).
This also may be a problem with swap space, so you may need to log out of your
machine and log back in and restart the project.
