Topic:
Temp_map_file_name.dat, .fpb, .idx files are missing or have too restrictive permissions

Description:
Unable to enter project due to missing files.
   Error: temp_map_file_name.dat, temp_map_file_name.fpb and
   temp_map_file_name.idx files are missing or have too
   restrictive permissions.

This usually occurs after a system crash or after an IESX crash.        

Solution:
1.) In project home directory :
    touch temp_map_file_name.dat
    touch temp_map_file_name.fpb
    touch temp_map_file_name.idx

If this does not allow you access back into your project then:

2.) Run iesx_util.csh from the Application Selection menu.

3.) Option 1 to access data area
    Enter project name and password
    Option 1 for Exploration

4.) Enter 42 to delete missing files.  This reconciles file inventories to match
    existing files.  NOTE: This option also runs an index rebuild to help
    resynch the database pointer files.  It is important to have a current
    complete backup before running this utility.
