Description:
Project upgrade failed.
Error code = 104001016
Error stack:
  Error adding the GF record
  ADD_RECORD_FAILURE
  Marking back to 10px...
Remarking data area with release level = 5
***Marking complete.

Solution:
The above error is received when the temporary work directory runs out of space.

WORKAROUND: Resume the upgrader on the project using the -resume option
            using a temporary work directory which contains more space.  

1.) In a GeoFrame xterm window type:

   upgrade_10_to_11   -resume -tmpdir

Upgrade Options:
   -resume => restarts the upgrader at the beginning of stage 4.  
   -tmpdir  => defines the location of the intermediate file to use
         when starting or resuming the upgrade.
