Description:
Get the following message running AutoPix:

Status DB_E_INTERP_ACCESS_INIT_FAILED
Memory Allocation failed
Error reading surface picks.

All permissions are fine. More than enough swap space, but perf
meter seems to be pegging out.

Solution:
SYMPTOM:    IESX_AutoPix: There is a memory leak that causes an error to
            be returned and the system to core dump when running AutoPix on a 
            large volume of data:
                        "DB_E_NTRP_ATTR_WRITE
                         Memory Allocation of 9386 bytes failed
                         Status: DB_E_NTRP_ACCESS_INIT_FAIL
                         Memory allocation of 1310518 bytes failed"
                         error reading surface pick 104014022.

WORKAROUND: Define rectangular paths to limit the amount of data to use.


RESOLUTION: Corrected for GeoFrame 3.5.
