Unable to access input file.

Description:
Loaded data from tape, segy dump works fine and data source in
define input format is set to tape and tape drive is selected.        

Solution:
This error occurs when there is a path to a disk file defined in the loading
definition.  Despite the fact that the data source is toggled to tape, the
software still tries to read the data file from that path. 

1.) In DataManager > Load seismic > Define input format, toggle data source to
Disk, then click on Define disk file(s).  

2.) Delete any paths defined in this box.  

3.) Toggle the data source back to tape.

4.) Save the loading definition and then load.  

The software will now look for the data file on the tape drive defined.
