Topic:
Project upgrade fails.  IESX: Can't execvp iesx_gn_control11P0.csh

Description:
Original project created in IESX 10.2 running Geonet 3.5.
Launched GeoFrame from Geonet 4.0 and attempted upgrade of IESX 10.2 project.

Project upgrade fails.  IESX: Can't execvp iesx_gn_control11P0.csh
GN_DIR needs to be added to search path.

Solution:
In a GeoFrame xterm window:

 1.) cd to the user's home directory.

 2.) Edit .cshrc 

 3.) Find 'set path = (...........)'

 4.) Add $GN_DIR/bin to list
