Description:
Project Upgrade fails. Error 284001008.
Fails in stage 1 if DSL directory path permissions are too restricted.
Checking DSL directory path permissions error 284001008
CAN_RENAME_PATHS completed unsuccesfully
Project Upgrade failed
Fails after stage 3 in some cases.

Solution:
 1.) Open up permissions to at least 666 to accomodate for any user upgrading
     any project.
 2.) Restart the Upgrade project application.
 3.) If the upgrade failed after stage 3 when trying to rename the DSL                directories, then try this:
     cd to main DSL of IESX10 project
     strings project_name.da
     It is possible that the same directory is listed more than once. This can        occur if the project was patched, and the user specified the same directory      more thaan once. In this case, copy the .da file, delete the project using       option 3 of iesx_util, copy the .da file to its original name, and repatch       the project into IESX10, but only listing the same directory once.
